The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of duties, such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing and organizing inventory, and operating warehouse equipment.

  • Full Time-Hourly
  • Typical Schedule is Monday-Friday  6:30 am – 3:00 pm

Attributes of a Strong Candidate
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license for the state of your work location
  • Must be Forklift certified
  • Aptitude for basic computer skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexibility – ability to adapt to change
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Primary Responsibilities
  • Packing and shipping goods to fulfill customer orders
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Scanning items before logging into computer systems
  • Maintaining a warehouse's cleanliness
  • Inspecting products for defects or damage
  • Ensuring inventory is placed in the correct location
  • Pulling and staging parts for upcoming projects
  • Cycle Counting Inventory
  • Deliver and/or pick-ups from local vendors
  • Inspection and check-in of customer vehicles
  • Maintaining company and customer vehicles
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs with or without assistance
  • Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion for extended periods
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Work Environment:
  • Work in environments with varying temperatures
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment
